What is the returns procedure?

At SAINTX STUDIO we want you to love what you order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for credit or a refund.

We have 3 rules of returns:

  1. You must lodge a return request within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please view the return options below for further steps.
  2. Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  3. Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags and boxes.

If your item matches all of these conditions, you can lodge a return.

Things to note:

  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
  • Gift Cards, made to order items, downloaded products, food, newspapers or magazines cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Once you lodge a request we will provide you with return instructions. You will be required to post your return within 14 days of receiving these instructions. Otherwise, you may be charged a late return fee of $10.00.

If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us at hello@saintxstudio.com and we’ll make things right.

Occasionally, some Products may be excluded from the return policy. The exclusion will be noted on the Product page on our Site.

What are the return options? 



Return for Store Credit
(Available for 14 days for full price items)

Sale items cannot be returned for a credit.

Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

You will receive an email response with instructions


All returns must include a copy of the original invoice, otherwise your order will be sent back at the customer's expense. Returns can take up to 1 week to be processed once we receive them. When your return is processed, we will send you a notification email.

Your item can be returned in a post bag.

If you have multiple orders to return, please complete and pack each return separately. Consolidating your orders might cause delays in processing your return.

Can I exchange an item?

We recommend returning your item back to us for store credit, then using your store credit to place a new order.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Your refund will be valued at the purchase price you paid of the item you returned.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, we will provide you with a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless already paid by yourself.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
