Orders and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, AfterPay, and SaintX Studio Gift Cards.
How do I place an order?
Orders may be placed on our website by simply adding items to your cart and proceeding to check out. In this process you can either sign in, create a new account, or check out as a guest. Orders may also be made by email to email@example.com, however online orders are processed with priority.
Most in stock credit-approved orders for standard delivery placed will be shipped the following morning. Orders not paid or confirmed within 3 days of placing the order will be cancelled.
Can I change an order after it has been placed?
We generally start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we may not be able to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. If you wish to amend or cancel your order after payment has been processed, please contact us online or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
I purchased an item on backorder – what now?
Occasionally, an item for sale has not yet been received at our distribution centre or is so popular that it must be restocked. You may order a backordered item to reserve your favourite colour and size, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag.
Please note: Backorder shipping dates are subject to change in rare instances. We will email you with any date changes.
What if I don’t receive my order?
We haven’t had this happen yet but if it happens to you, email us at email@example.com and we’ll work it out.
On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. We will attempt to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.
